Nourishing Connections, Empowering Lives

Join us on the first Wednesday of every month at the Spring Green Community Library from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM for an empowering and informative session tailored for individuals living with or caring for someone with diabetes. This support group aims to create a warm and inclusive environment where you can freely share your thoughts, concerns, and questions.

We'll kick off each meeting with an open chat session. This is an opportunity for everyone to connect, share stories, and express immediate concerns or questions. It's a space to foster friendships and a sense of community among those navigating the complexities of diabetes.

At each discussion, we'll provide a light snack for everyone. Our goal is to keep it diabetes-friendly and introduce you to healthy and delicious snacks.

Whether you're newly diagnosed, someone who has been managing for years, or caring for a loved one, you're welcome to be a part of our supportive community. Come share, learn, and connect with fellow members who understand the unique journey of living with diabetes.

Let's build a foundation of knowledge, encouragement, and camaraderie together. We look forward to seeing you at the Driftless Diabetes Support Group!
