This business began because our diabetes care in the current healthcare system is broken. Most people living with diabetes only have the opportunity to see family practice doctors and get referred to an educator who does not have enough resources to help fully manage the condition. There is a communication breakdown in the current healthcare system, and with diabetes rates increasing, we need a better solution.
That's why we created this clinic. We offer comprehensive diabetes care, from management to education to support. Whether you're managing with lifestyle only, using oral medications, insulin, or hybrid closed-loop systems (pumps/CGMs), we can help you get the care you need to live a healthy and active life. We know that diabetes can be overwhelming, but it doesn't have to be. We're here to help you every step of the way!

Jackie Wilkinson
Jackie Wilkinson is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist who has been working with people living with diabetes for over 15 years. She believes there is more than one way to manage glucose, and it must be individualized. Jackie has always said that her patients grow to become her family and friends, and she believes the best success comes from a plan that both the clinician and patient agree on.
